How can I help strengthen my real estate office?
As a real estate professional, you either work with or know some of the highest quality and productive Loan Officers. By leveraging your network of trusted loan officers and recommending them to our mortgage affiliate, you play a pivotal role in strengthening our team, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging them to explore an opportunity with Guaranteed Rate Affinity.
How do I help recruit a loan officer?
You can help recruit officers by simply providing the loan officer’s contact information via this referral form. Guaranteed Rate Affinity will connect with them and handle all the details.
What do I have to do to earn the incentive?
To earn the incentive, simply refer trusted loan officers to join our mortgage affiliate here. If your assistance results in a successful onboarding of these outside Loan Officers, you will receive an incentive, the office will benefit, and equally important, a quality Loan Officer will join GRA.

Loan Officer Referral bonus to be paid to the referring parties after 120 days from the start date of employment with Guaranteed Rate Affinity.
